Low season : March, April, October and November / Mid season : May, June and September / High season : July and August

and close 8 November to 5 December

Booking conditions :

• Booking:

- Bookings are confirmed only upon payement of a deposit.

- The deposit can be paid by French cheque, holiday voucher, credit card (number + expiry date + security number) or bank transfer.

• Deposit amount :

- For bookings for 1 to 5 nights : deposit = cost of first night

- For bookings for over 6 nights : deposit = 30% of the total cost of the stay

Cancellation conditions :

• Cancellation on expected arrival day or day before : whatever the duration of your stay, in the event of cancellation the day before or on the day of your expected arrival, the deposit is retained (100%).

• From 2 to 15 days before your expected arrival :

- For bookings for 1 to 2 days, 100% of the deposit is retained

- For bookings for 3 to 6 nights, 30% of the deposit is retained (minimum amount retained = cost of first night)

- For bookings for over 10 nights, 50% of the deposit is retained(minimum amount retained = cost of first night)

• Up to 15 days before your expected arrival :

- For bookings for 1 to 2 nights, 100% of the deposit is retained

- For bookings for over 3 nights, 50% of the deposit is retained (minimum amount retained = cost of first night)
